Gale Database
Northeastern High School Library subscribes to a number of Gale databases. The Gale databases are a very powerful set of research tools that have excellent coverage of a wide variety of topics. This can be accessed both at school and at home with a Chromebook or a PC/MacBook. To get the password for home use or for trouble shooting assistance, stop by the Library, reach out to Miss Newcome via Schoology message or email her at newcomej@nebobcats.org.
Power Library E-Resources
Power Library E-resources allow you to access thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, e-books, plus encyclopedias, photographs, pictures, charts, maps and a wide variety of reference materials. Many of these resources can also be accessed via our Gale page. Power Library can be accessed on all computers and Chromebooks at NHS. It can also be accessed at home with a school Chromebook or on a personal device with a public library card.
