Sapphire

Sapphire is our student information system.  By creating a Sapphire portal account, you will be able to access your student's schedule, transportation information, grades, and necessary school paperwork. Sapphire is also how you will be receive school and district notifications via text, emails, and phone calls. 

Sapphire Community Portal

To create an account, click on the button above and choose "Apply for a Sapphire Community Portal Account."  You will be prompted to enter a keyword, They keyword is 2Cprogress. Follow the instructions to finish creating your account. Once the account is created, it will need to be approved by the district. Sapphire accounts will be approved twice daily during the work week and once daily on the weekend through the start of school. You will receive an email once the account has been approved, and you can log in.

  • If you do not already have a Sapphire Community Portal account, you will need to create one.

  • The link for the Sapphire Community Portal is here. If you do not know your PIN, email ankneyd@nebobcats.org
  • If you have more than one student, select one to complete the change of address form. The form needs to be completed only ONCE per family.
  • If you need to change a phone number or email address for a contact, click Change Student Data to the left hand side of the screen.
  • For the address change form, click Student Data Form. The Change of Address form will appear as a choice.
  • Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the form. When the form is completed and approved, you will receive an email with bus information for the new address.
